SF Hash Week is back for year 2
Featuring Kalya, Nasha, 710 Labs, Fire King, Errl Hill, Jetty, Kalya, Oakland Extracts, Moon Valley, Solful, Trichome Gold and more—it's the world's only week-long citywide hash festival.
Guests RSVP for the Hash Drop Parties—which are like record release parties. Then they pre-order on our website, come down to the venue, pay, and party with the rock star hashmaker. Local food, art, music, and culture wraps around the festival.
Venues include: Moe Greens, 7 Stars|Exit Now, Urbana-Oakland, Urbana-Geary, Solful, CBCB|Chapel of Flowers, Flore, The Midway's '888 Garage', Mission Bowl, Tai Sho restaurant, and more.
Our keystone party is Friday, July 11 from 4 to 9 p.m. at The Midway's 888 Garage with Dr. Dabber, Kiva, Jetty, and 27 other tables. Tickets are just $10. (VIP tickets are $100 and come with hat, hoodie, and merch pack.)
SF Hash Week is produced by David Downs Presents—that's me, David Downs, award-winning journalist and best-selling author, in my capacity as an events producer. I see these parties as '4D stories': Going beyond merely writing about a top brand or product, to uniting the producer with the audience in real time.
Here's a schedule overview*:
- On Tuesday, July 8—Humboldt's Errl Hill drops new all-in-one live resin pens on Flore in the Castro. 4-7 p.m.
- On Wednesday, July 9—San Francisco's Fire King releases new Whitethorn Rose pressed hashish and a Whitethorn Rose cross as live rosin at 7 Stars | Exit Now. 4-7 p.m.
- On Thursday, July 10 (aka '710' the oil holiday)—Raw Garden, as well as Kiva release new items at Moe Greens in Civic Center. Thursday night at CBCB-Berkeley, Trilogy 710 and Nasha Extracts want to release new dabs in a private reception at Chapel of the Flowers.
- On Friday, July 11—SF Hash Week hosts a rockin' Warehouse Party at The Midway's 888 Garage in the Dogpatch District with Dr. Dabber, Kalya, Kiva, Jetty, Purple City Genetics, Luci Hash Co and many more.
- On Saturday, July 12—Fire King is planning to host a private bowling party at Mission Bowl.
- On Sunday, July 13—Solful releases new Maddfruit live rosin grown by Alpenglow and washed by Harry Rose for Solful. Sunday night, SF Hash Week hosts a private Japanese stoner dinner with karaoke and support from Dr. Dabber and 710 Labs.
- On Monday, July 14—Oakland Extracts hosts a drop party at Urbana-Geary; while over in Richmond, CA. Budtenders attend a Thankyou party at Exit Now, powered by Trilogy 710, Nasha Extracts, Trichome Gold, Moon Valley, and Natura's Tutti and Sluggers.
